‘Peter and the Starcatcher’

What: Coe-Brown Northwood Academy students will perform a musical featuring orphaned boys, sea captains and pirates and celestial cargo.

John Stark Spring Performance

What: Students will perform a comedy based on a Jane Austen novel. Sisters search for suitors under society’s watchful eye.

Cape Breton Fiddlers

What: Natalie MacMaster and Donnell Leahy will be joined by their children and other talented musicians for a show of Celtic music.

What: The Side Door Music Series will feature a group that will make old-timey music, vintage pop and contemporary folk feel timeless.

When: Friday at 8 p.m.

An Invitation to the Dance

What: The Concertmaster String Quartet will perform the fourth concert of the Concord Community Concert Association’s season. There will be Strauss waltzes, Piazzolla tangos and Mozart minuets. Let’s Dance Company will dance to the pieces.

When: Saturday at 7:30 p.m.

Where: Concord City Auditorium, 2 Prince St., Concord
