‘Macbeth’

What: Hopkinton High School Drama Club presents William Shakespeare’s cursed Scottish play, “Macbeth,” directed by Kevin Gardner.

When: Thursday and Friday at 7 p.m.

Fiddler from the South

What: From Asheville, N.C., by way of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Andrew “Finn the Fiddler” Magill will headline the program at the monthly Andover Community Coffeehouse concert. He will be joined by Boston-based Nathan Gourley, a multi-instrumentalist playing Irish traditional instruments, and open mic performers.

When: Friday at 7 p.m., doors open at 6 p.m.
