Happy birthday, Gilmanton Library Sept. 12, 2009, the Gilmanton Year-Round Library celebrated its grand opening with many visitors, most receiving library cards. Five years later the library has 1,653 card holders and some 13,500 items on the shelves. But numbers alone don’t tell the whole story.
