I enjoyed the article in the Close-Up on Sept. 18, “American yards quietly go electric.” There is a mention of low carbon-footprint landscaping, which is a great segue prompting going electric as the state, and country, work towards more renewable energy like wind, solar and biomass.
Going electric in the age of renewable electric energy is more than reducing “roars and fumes.” It’s about a lower carbon-footprint that enables a more sustainable planet Earth.
