Walking through the Concord High School student parking lot recently, I was disgusted by the amount of trash, discarded masks, fast food wrappers, cans and bottles littering the parking area. The sidewalks and neighborhood lawns around the school are also covered in litter.
When the students are planning their Earth Day projects in April, they may want to consider starting with their own parking lot and the neighborhood surrounding Concord High.
