I need help. Would someone please tell me what NH has done to combat climate change under six years of Gov. Chris Sununu? What have we done to reduce our dependence on fossil fuel? Energy rates are skyrocketing because fossil fuel prices are skyrocketing. The current Republican-dominated house of representatives tables all energy/climate related bills that come up for discussion. They donโ€™t even want to talk about it. Three years ago, when the house was dominated by Democrats, the bills to address these issues were vetoed by Gov. Chris Sununu.

In his political ads, Gov. Sununu says, โ€œWashington always finds a way to mess things up.โ€ Since Washington is currently finding ways on multiple fronts to address climate change, I would rephrase the governorโ€™s quote: Gov.Sununu always finds ways to mess up what Washington is now trying to clean up. What on earth do we have if we donโ€™t take care of our planet? Itโ€™s sick because weโ€™ve poisoned it for the past century. The earth needs healing. It needs a doctor. It needs Tom Sherman in the governorโ€™s office. NH lags behind all the New England states in the effort to combat climate change. Our state is not immune from disasters. What happened in Puerto Rico and Florida can and will happen here. The oceans are warming; the storms will come farther up the coast. Please vote for someone who will lead the effort to save the planet. Vote for Tom Sherman.
