Letter: Term limits

U.S. Term Limits Article V resolution HCR 4 is being heard by the New Hampshire House State-Federal Relations and Veterans Affairs Committee on Friday, January 20th in the Legislative Office Building (LOB) in Concord. Supporters of term limits (as over 80% of Americans consistently polled are) should attend this meeting, but barring that should contact the House State-Federal Relations and Veterans Affairs committee via email before the hearing. Any New Hampshire citizen can do so by visiting gencourt.state.nh.us/house/committees/remotetestimony/, after entering your personal information, select the date of the hearing, the committee, the bill (1:45 p.m., HCR4) identify yourself accordingly (for me, “A Member of the Public”), click “I support this bill” and enter your testimonial. This message will reach the committee members instantly. This will take an average of five minutes to show support of the single most fundamental reform to restore fiscal sanity and accountability in our federal government.
