Halfway through Friday’s inking Justen Eaton, 30, of Penacook looked down at his ankle saying “It’s gonna be sick. I’m pretty stoked.” Eaton was at Capital City Tattoo and Supply in Concord to participate in a fundraiser for Lyme disease research called Ink to End Lyme. For a second year, the shop offered a selection of pre-designed, Lyme related tattoos for a discounted price of $40, with all proceeds going to the nonprofit Lyme Warrior. Some of the designs included boxing gloves, a lime slice, the character The Tick, and the related insect – all in shades of bright green. Eaton chipped in a little extra to modify a green butterfly with a skull.
