The fourth-generation family owned auto-parts business, which joined forces with the national NAPA ground a year ago, said it has bought Franklin stores in four Vermont towns and Greenfield, Mass. In some places, the move will involve consolidation with existing Sanel stores.

Sanel Auto Parts was founded in 1920 and now has more than 40 stores in four states.
