Concord police are investigating a shooting early Saturday morning in Eagle Square off North Main Street.
Police responded to a call around 1 a.m. and found an adult man had been shot. He was transported to Concord Hospital with serious injuries.
The incident involved parties who were patronizing a restaurant and bar in the area, police said. The shooting occurred around closing time and police believe there were several witnesses.
The Concord Police Department is asking for anyone who witnessed this incident to contact them at (603) 225-8600 and ask to speak with an investigator.
