Why join the Northeast Public Health Collaborative
Eleven states have reacted to defunding of our national public health agencies by forming the Northeast Public Health Collaborative, with a goal of sharing knowledge and plans to promote public health and prevent future catastrophe.
While it would be smart for New Hampshire to join the Northeast Public Health Collaborative, it could be even smarter to not join, and then copy all the answers from the Collaborative and not have to contribute anything in return. Getting much while providing little would be right in line with our state’s current pattern of free-loading to the max.
The Freeloader State Project has infiltrated our state government. Hoarding our loot and shirking our responsibilities are what we do best. Our state motto no longer means what it did when it was written by General Stark in 1809 or when it was adopted by New Hampshire in 1945.
Please keep that in mind the next time you are in the voting booth.
