A California woman was accused of setting fire to an outbuilding at a Concord church on Monday, police said.

Concord Police responded to an arson call at the Wesley United Methodist Church on Clinton Street on Monday, and a witness described a suspect and a vehicle.

Meiling Han, 59, of Rowland Heights was located and arrested at Manchester-Boston Regional Airport after an initial investigation by Concord and Londonderry Police. Han is facing charges for arson, reckless conduct and simple assault.

“It has yet to be determined if this was a random act or a targeted incident subject to enhanced penalties,” Concord police said in a statement. The investigation remains open.
