Kris Schultz for City Council
I’m writing to urge Ward 9 voters to give Kris Schultz a second term on the city council. She fights for the regular person, not the powerful. She cares about lowering property taxes, in part because of the high number of renters in Ward 9. She says “once taxes go down, rents stay where they are.” But when taxes go up, rents increase. She is a thoughtful, kind and community-minded person who puts people ahead of any ideology. Her opponent, on the other hand, is a partisan hack who was Trump’s deputy campaign manager as an acolyte of Cory Lewandoski. We cannot afford that kind of view on the council, and I hope ward 9 voters will join me in supporting Kris Schultz for City Council on Tuesday.
