Elijah Allman, the 49-year-old son of singer-actress Cher and late musician Gregg Allman, was arrested Friday evening at St. Paul’s School following reports of an “unwanted guest” in the school’s dining hall.

At 6:51 p.m. on Friday, Concord Police responded to the school and identified Allman, who reportedly has no association with St. Paul’s, as the guest. Allman was reported to have been “causing a disturbance and acting belligerently,” according to police.

Police charged Allman, of Malibu, CA., with two misdemeanor counts of simple assault, criminal trespass and criminal threatening, both misdemeanors, and a violation of disorderly conduct.

He was processed and released on personal recognizance bail, and he’ll be arraigned in court at an unspecified future date, according to police.

Police are requesting that anyone with information pertaining to the incident involving Allman to submit an anonymous tip to the Concord Regional Crimeline at (603) 226-3100 or online at the Crimeline website at www.concordregionalcrimeline.com.
