WHERE IS JUSTICE IN NH
Why hasn’t Mr. Jeremy Kauffman been charged for threatening Mr. Andru Volinsky with death? Threatening someone with death is a felony — or at the very least a Class A misdemeanor — in New Hampshire. Mr. Kauffman has invited people to kill Mr. Volinsky. He cannot do this with impunity! Where is justice in our state? Andru Volinsky now has to fear for his life for speaking out, his first amendment right.
