Concord, NH – Barbara Louise (Aldrich) Sullivan, 93, died peacefully on March 30, 2026 at Pleasant View Health Care Center in Concord, NH after a period of declining health.
She was born in Northfield, NH on June 24, 1932, the daughter of Gardner F. and Meabel (Powers) Aldrich.
She worked as a bookkeeper and in her later years for the Maxfield Public Library in Loudon, NH while a resident of that Town’s Hemlock Hill neighborhood. She was an avid reader, bird watcher, and cat lover devoted to her cherished feline companions.
Barbara was predeceased by her beloved husband of 52 years, Richard “Dick” A. Sullivan. Survived by nieces, grand and great-grandnieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held at the Chadwick Funeral Home, 235 Main Street, New London, NH on Saturday, April 4th at 10am. Burial will be at the Proctor Cemetery in the spring.
