Make sure your vote counts!

We all need to be concerned that those who want to vote and are legally eligible to vote are not turned away from voting this year. At least 300 Granite Staters have already been turned away from the polls in 2025, so this is a problem. Voters who are not paying close attention could sacrifice their right to vote.

On Aug. 2, two new restrictive bills which required expanded proof of citizenship for all voter registrations were signed into law by Gov. Kelly Ayotte. Even if you are already registered it is important to check with your town/city clerkโ€™s office to confirm that you are registered to vote and that your information is accurate and up to date, and to make sure that you bring an up to date document with a photo ID that states residence, age and identity to the polls on voting day.

Your vote is important!
