All Friday events for the Black Ice Pond Hockey tournament were canceled due to unfit ice for skating.
The organization posted the update on its Facebook page and website early Friday. Fireworks planned for the evening have been rescheduled to Saturday at 6:15 p.m.
The tournament’s Thursday events were also canceled earlier this week due to warm weather and rain.
Saturday’s schedule of events, including food trucks, a silent auction and a bonfire, is not expected to be impacted, according to the organization.
