WEBSTERBooks at the polls

■The Presidential Primary will be held Tuesday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the Webster Town Hall. Remember to bring your driver’s license or approved photo ID. If you are an undeclared voter, you must declare that you want a Republican or Democratic ballot. There will be a table to undeclare after you have voted. Should you choose not to complete the step of going back to undeclare, you will remain affiliated with the party you declared, and this will prohibit you from choosing a party at the state primary election in September. Lunch will not be served at the election, but a public bake sale to benefit the Webster Congregational Church will be held. Donations of goodies are always welcome and appreciated. Bring your sweet tooth when you come to vote.

■Don’t forget the library book sale at the election. Lots to choose from and they are all free! A donation is appreciated but not necessary. Even though the groundhog saw his shadow and spring is around the corner, he didn’t say what corner and how far away the corner is so pick up some books to keep you snug in your home until the dandelions bloom. Drop off your books today from noon to four.
