Today, Granite Staters are uniting our voices in support of legislation to protect transgender residents and their families from discrimination. Beginning at noon and ending at 3 p.m., opponents of transgender discrimination will meet at Victory Park in Manchester to call on our elected officials to outlaw discrimination against transgender residents, visitors and their families in New Hampshire.
New legislation will be introduced next year that will prohibit public businesses from discriminating against transgender individuals and their families in housing, employment and public spaces.
We want to show everyone that discrimination has no place in our beautiful state.
