The Democratic primary field is full of candidates with great ideas and plans. But we are electing a president, not a chief planner. As a wise man once said, everybody has a plan until she gets hit in the face. I believe Amy Klobuchar will be the best of these candidates in reacting when a crisis hits us in the face. Character and strength are what separate a president from a planner, and Amy Klobuchar will bring these attributes with her to the Oval Office, along with great ideas, plans and vision.
