Parking missteps

I wonder if the powers of Concord are really in tune with what the rest of us are thinking when they brought up the new parking rates. For many of us who cannot walk and must drive into town, the answer would be, “Thank God for Amazon Prime.”

If you want a vibrant downtown, you might want to reconsider your “pay for itself” mentality.
