Hooksett man charged in connection with assault of minor under 13

A Hooksett man turned himself in to police last Friday following an investigation of a sexual assault involving a minor under 13 years old.

Zachary Ackles, 40, was processed on an arrest warrant and charged with felonious sexual assault on Friday, Aug. 8, according to the Hooksett Police Department.

He was held in the Merrimack House of Corrections over that weekend and released on cash bail on Aug. 11.
