I am excited to cast my vote for Zandra Rice Hawkins for City Council Ward 10 on Tuesday, November 7th. I met Zandra through my role as vice president for the Mill Brook School PTA. For three years, Zandra served as our Mill Brook PTA treasurer, helping plan school-wide events and fundraisers to support our students and school with field trips, artist-in-residence programs, improved water fountains, and necessary school equipment. I support Zandra because I know first hand that she is a dedicated community member seeking to make Concord the best it can be for all of us, and because her positions and proposed policies align with my own family’s values.

My own experiences being involved in my children’s schools, volunteering for a non-profit that supports women and children in crisis, and speaking daily with current and potential residents of Concord as a realtor only further convinces me that Concord needs city council members who are community-oriented, engaged, and ready to represent the various needs of our constituency. Zandra is that candidate for Ward 10, and her record on city council and in the community demonstrates it. I’m honored to endorse her for re-election, and hope you will join me in supporting her for Concord City Council for Ward 10 on Tuesday.
