Join NE Public Health Collaborative

Now that we can no longer rely on our federal agencies, such as the CDC, for evidence-based, professional guidance on matters of public health, it is important that we unite with other states in the New England Public Health Collaborative. As of now, Vermont, Maine, Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island and Connecticut are united to share expertise, improve coordination, enhance capacity, strengthen regional readiness to promote and protect evidence-based public health.

Understand that those making decisions at the federal level have no education, experience or knowledge that qualifies them the make decisions about the safety, schedule or use of vaccines, food safety, environmental issues or other areas that affect the health of our children and communities. We need to share professional, evidence-based, scientific knowledge to promote health and to avoid outbreaks of preventable disease and other health hazards.
