Canterbury, NH – Kathleen Diane Williams, 57, of Canterbury NH, died peacefully at the Merrimack County Nursing Home on Friday, January 9, 2026.
Kathy was born in Concord, the daughter of Kenneth Williams and the late Marilyn (Phillips) Williams.
She was a graduate of the Special Education Program at Concord High School. She enjoyed volunteering at Dame School library and Concord Hospital.
Kathy liked her music with a beat; her apples cold and served by her brother Dale. Always open to a new adventure, she loved walking the backroads of Canterbury with her brother Chris in any season. She loved life and brought immense joy to her family and friends.
She was a long-time member of the Canterbury United Community Church from Sunday School, as a child, to adulthood. She loved being in the Christmas pageant.
In addition to her mother, she was predeceased by her grandparents Frederick T. and Ina Phillips, Tilly Ekelund and brothers Todd Williams of Canterbury and Sean Williams of Penacook.
Kathy is survived by her father Kenneth, her brothers Dale Williams of Canterbury and Chris Williams of Penacook and their wives as well as many nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank the staff of Concord Hospital, Merrimack County Nursing Home and Granite VNA Hospice Care for their exceptional care and kindness to Kathy.

Calling Hours are 11:00 am to 12:30 pm followed by a brief service at the Phaneuf Funeral Home, 172 King Street, Boscawen, NH on Friday, January 16, 2026. A graveside service for immediate family will take place at the Maple Grove Cemetery in Canterbury.
