A rally outside the State House in Concord on Sunday called for an end to U.S. involvement in escalating military attacks on Iran.
The demonstration, called “No War on Iran” was organized by NH Peace Action. The group urged members of Congress to uphold their constitutional authority over war powers and to demand an immediate halt to military action.
Attendees said that diplomacy, not bombing, offers the only sustainable path to de-escalation and regional security.
The Associated Press reported that U.S. President Donald Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu have vowed to press ahead with the coordinated campaign against Iran, even as Washington’s stated war aims have varied.
