Interesting article by Jackie Harris of NHPR about real estate in the Aug. 18 Monitor. The article identified several actions taken to reduce or stabilize the cost of housing. All the actions were to remove or reduce government requirements or processes.
Perhaps when political candidates promise to do more to reduce the cost of housing, we should ask them what they propose to do less.
