Support Don Brueggemann for School Board
I am writing this letter to endorse Don Brueggemann for Concord School Board. The school board has had to confront a series of challenging issues in recent months. Going forward, our community needs to trust that further decisions by the board are made by people like Don with good intentions, character and intelligence.
My wife and I have known Don and his family for more than 20 years. He is one of the kindest, most sensible people I know. His daughter attended public school in Concord for 12 years, and he knows the school system and community better than anyone.
Don also has significant leadership experience from his many years in the State Legislature and running Bagel Works restaurant. Don has been addressing complex “real world” challenges for many years. He has consistently conducted himself in steady, moderate and intelligent manner. Don has an open mind, will listen closely to what people of differing viewpoints have to say, and will work with others to find appropriate, practical solutions. It’s hard to imagine a more ideal candidate if we seek to elect someone who will positively impact the lives of our children and support the wider community.
