Vote for change in our State House
Voters, do you realize that your atrociously high property taxes or rent are in large part because New Hampshire supports local public education at the very lowest rate of any state in the whole country? Furthermore, $51.6 million were budgeted for Education Freedom Accounts for school vouchers this year, issued with no regard to family income, money that could instead be supporting public education.
Current Representatives in the State House, whether Free Staters or Republicans, have been responsible for this ongoing erosion of state support. YOU are paying for this.
This November we could change this and elect representatives who care about all of us, love New Hampshire, and not only want reasonable taxes, but excellent public education, access to healthcare and housing, and preservation of the natural beauty and resources of our state.
Citizens of Gilmanton, Gilford and Laconia Ward 2, please vote for David Nagel, Al Frank, Bob McLean and Lisa Rivard, individuals who will listen to us and be willing to work across the aisle to achieve reasonable solutions to the many issues facing our state.
Voters in Senate District 6, please support Cecil Abels for Senator. As a business person in Rochester who is living the problems we all face, he will wisely represent us!
While the national races are sucking up so much of our attention, do not overlook the impact that we can have on our lives by electing these thoughtful people to work for us in Concord!
