More EFA perks
Let me get this straight: EFA recipients can now take classes at their local public school while keeping their full voucher funds as long as they don’t receive more than 50% of their education from the public school. AND they can participate in the school’s sports programs and other extra curricular activities without the bother of having to comply with those pesky academic eligibility standards that the public school kids are required to meet. Have I got that right?
