We are voting for Norm Goupil on March 12 for Hopkinton School Board, and we encourage Hopkinton voters to do the same.
We met Norm and his family shortly after moving to town, as our sons attend the Hopkinton schools together. As a result, our families have become friendly, allowing us get to know Norm and his family very well and to closely understand his motivations and values.
We believe that education and the growth of our youth is a crucial and important job of a community. We know Norm feels the same way; his three children are in the Hopkinton schools, and he and his wife moved here for the schools. As a result, Norm will thoughtfully and carefully consider how best to balance the needs of the school’s administrators, educators and children alongside the needs and demands of the entire community.
We will be voting for Norm for three important reasons. He is not a person to spend money too freely, yet will try to find the best, cheapest solutions; he will take the time to listen to anyone’s ideas on how to improve things; and he will do his best for this town he believes strongly in. The school board is a critical piece of the educational system, and we’re so excited Norm is looking to become a part of it.
Please join us in voting for Norm on March 12.
