Who is the unsung hero of your team and why? For this season I would say Jamie Wilkes because he came up as an underdog of sorts and became a beast getting points left and right.
What has been the biggest surprise of the season? In all honesty all of the amazing freshmen we got. I thought that we weren’t going to get very good freshmen and it was gonna be a very small team and it was the exact opposite. Our team was huge and the freshmen did amazing.
Who has been your toughest opponent and why? Of all time, I would give it without doubt to Starlin Ortiz. It was the biggest back and forth for 3 years. I would beat him, then he’d beat me and so on and so forth. In the end he left one win ahead.
Do you have any sports superstitions? If so, what are they? If no, why not? I don’t simply because in sports hard work can make the most impossible dreams reality (Shia Labeouf: “Don’t let your dreams be dreams.”)
What’s your favorite pre-game meal? The day before is pasta for sure. Spaghetti alfredo is the only choice. The day of would be any flake cereal.
If you weren’t playing your sport in the spring, what would you be doing? Work, lots of it, homework, work work, housework, training work for winter sports. Just a whole lot of work.
If you could go to see any sporting event, what would it be? The track and field Olympics. I’ve always wanted to watch the Olympics just to see for myself how fast the fastest people on the planet are.
What’s your favorite place to eat? SmokeShow a new smoke house in Concord, just recently opened up and the food is great.
What’s your most-played song right now? “Devil by Cash Cash, featuring B.O.B, Busta Rhymes and Neon Hitch
Do you have any must-see television shows? Sadly I don’t watch TV almost at all, so I don’t have any I can recommend but if I had to: SpongeBob.
What’s your favorite website? Youtube. I can’t get enough of it. Music, shows, reviews. It has it all.
If you could be anyone else, who would you be? Why? Morgan Freeman, just to hear myself talk all the time, and narrate random events.
If someone made a movie of your season, who would play you? Who would play your coach? I would be played by Jaden Smith, and my coach would be best played as Jackie Chan.
If you could invite any three people to dinner, who would they be, what would you serve them and what would you talk about? Usain Bolt, his Coach, and my coach. I would serve them all two-pound steaks, with a side of mashed potatoes and corn with root beer floats. The conversation topic would be on what makes a great athlete and talk about all sorts of athletes who became legends.
If you won $10 million in the lottery, what would you do with it? Pay for college, secure decent living (smallish house, decent car), then give the rest to charity, so i would use at most about a million dollars out of the 10.
