A red-tailed hawk spent the morning in the South End of Concord on Thursday near the parking lot of the Dunkins on South Main Street. State lawmakers heard from a group of students earlier this week who want to designate the red-tailed hawk as the state’s official raptor. A similar proposal pitched by the students four years ago was voted down.
