Lanes may be closed on Interstate 93 through Concord starting Tuesday as the New Hampshire Department of Transportation does work on sidewalk ramps and crack filling.

Daytime lane closures from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. will be utilized for all phases of the work. These times may change in accordance with traffic volumes, weather conditions and current COVID-19 constraints.

Work on the I-93 segment is scheduled to start Tuesday at Exit 14 where construction crews will be installing new sidewalk ramps. In the following weeks the work will be concentrated between Exits 17 and 18 to perform crack filling. Following the crack filling, milling operations will begin from Exits 16 to 17 to prepare the roadway for final paving.

On April 22, work is slated to start the I-393 / U.S. 202 / U.S. 4 corridor from Concord to Chichester for updating guardrail components, followed by crack filling operations. These operations are scheduled from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. also with adjustments to be made as traffic volumes dictate.
