Dear constituents of Merrimack County: This season’s upcoming primary is upon us and I would encourage everyone, of any political persuasion, to strongly consider voting for David Croft as our next sheriff.
I’ve known David for a little over a year, and worked along side him at the county attorney’s office. During that time I observed Croft prudently and compassionately exercise his judgment when dealing with both other professionals, and with the public at large.
I live in Boscawen where David Croft was formally chief of police and have learned his reputation here supports my opinion of him.
As a registered Republican, I will not have the privilege of voting for David in August, but I would hope to get the chance this coming general election. See you all at the polls.
