Strafford County Attorney Tom Velardi has launched a criminal investigation into former Dover police officer Ronald “R.J.” Letendre.
Velardi stated Monday the investigation is separate from an investigation conducted by the Merrimack County Attorney’s Office into a July 10 incident at the former Rollinsford home of R.J. and Sarah Letendre.
