FRANKLIN See ‘Frozen’ at theatre

■Breakfast at The Masons, on South Main Street, features made-to-order breakfasts from 7 to 10 a.m. today and every second and fourth Sunday of the month. Proceeds support the organization’s charitable giving.

■Enjoy a chat with Laura Knoy of NHPR from noon to 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Franklin Studio downtown. Knoy is interested in hearing about what is happening in our community.

■Franklin Public Library presents “SEE Science Center Show” at 10 a.m. Wednesday. This is the last of the summer programs, so don’t miss it.

■Franklin Area Children’s Theater (FACT) presents Frozen at 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Enjoy the performances of youngsters who have attended this summer drama camp. Tickets are available ahead at 934-1901 or at the box office one hour before the performance.

■The farmers market takes place at Marceau Park from 3 to 6 p.m. Tuesday and continues through Sept. 24.

■Free Concerts in the Park is sponsored by Watts Water Technologies and presented by the Franklin Opera House and Parks & Recreation every Tuesday through Aug. 20 at Marceau Park. Concerts begin at 5 p.m. This week features The Tim & Dave Show, an acoustic, folk rock duo specializing in fun original and cover tunes. You may be directed to an alternate location due to ongoing renovations to the park.

■The Franklin Opera House board of directors meets at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday in the lower conference room of City Hall. Enter by the back parking lot or the back side door on Memorial Street.

■A bus to Concord, sponsored by the TRIP Center, leaves at 9 a.m. the second Monday of every month for bowling, shopping or to keep an appointment. This month, it is this Monday. Call 934-4151 to reserve your spot.

■The TRIP Center celebrates Hawaiian Day at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday. Dress in Hawaiian-style if you’d like and enjoy games and a delicious lunch of Hawaiian fare. Bingo will follow lunch. Call 934-4151 with any questions.
