The Concord Police Supervisors Association hopes you’ll join us in supporting Sheriff Scott Hilliard for re-election as Merrimack County sheriff and prosecutor Paul Halvorsen for election as Merrimack County attorney.

Scott and Paul are time-tested and have served our communities for many years. We know that they will continue to work hard to keep our high quality of life. Personally, I have worked with these men for many years and have seen, firsthand, their commitment.

Sheriff Hillard has been an advocate for victim rights and is committed to fighting the opioid epidemic. He is instrumental in the continued viability of the Central New Hampshire Special Operations Unit, a team of officers from several communities able to respond to emergencies using combined resources to resolve high risk or extraordinary law enforcement situations. His extensive law enforcement and management experience will continue to serve our county.

Halvorsen is a 15-year career prosecutor, former Concord city councilor and retired Air Force officer who understands the importance of interagency relationships and teamwork. He is experienced in leadership, budgeting and long-term planning. His years of drug interdiction experience with the DEA and Customs, added to his forensic science training with the Secret Service and FBI, make him the ideal leader to take on the drug issues facing our county.

Our association wholeheartedly endorses these dedicated professionals, and asks for your support to re-elect Merrimack County Sheriff Scott Hilliard and elect Paul Halvorsen as Merrimack County attorney.
