Andrea Patrick-Baudet was promoted to chief clinical officer of the Concord Regional VNA. Patrick-Baudet will manage daily operations and leadership of the Hospice program, including the Hospice House, collaborate with Concord Hospital in leading the Capital Region Health Care Palliative Care Program, and oversee education, paraprofessional services, and quality. Patrick-Baudet received a bachelorโs degree from the University of New Hampshire, an associateโs degree in nursing from New Hampshire Community Technical College in Stratham and a masterโs in business administration from New England College in Henniker.
Keliane Totten was promoted to chief officer community engagement of the Concord Regional VNA. Totten plans, develops, coordinates, and oversees the community benefit, business development, and philanthropy operations and initiatives. She also leads collaborative initiatives with partners involved in community health, home health, and hospice. She received a bachelorโs degree in health education, wellness management from Plymouth State University in Plymouth. She also obtained a masterโs degree in health education, alternative health and healing from Plymouth State University.
Mike Pearl joined North Branch Construction as the safety director. Pearl spent 20 years with the Concord Police Department as an officer and commander. At North Branch, he will be responsible for managing the safety program, including jobsite visits, establishing safety plans and employee training.
Cindy Bates of Belmont was promoted to the newly created role of chief people officer for the Common Man. She will manage the strategy and process of recruitment and retention of employees, work as an advocate and mentor, and optimize training and professional development.
