Rep. José Cambrils and his ilk (Monitor, Dec. 29) apparently believe they are doing their constituents a big favor by occupying legislative seats that otherwise could have been held by legislators of serious intent who would have been there to carry out the public’s business.
Just who is now left without representation? Sad.
