Sunday’s tragedy in Lahore, Pakistan, makes me wonder whether NRA Executive Vice President Wayne LaPierre would argue from his extreme and irrational reading of the Second Amendment: “The only thing that stops a bad guy with a suicide bomb is a good guy with a suicide bomb.”
