Concord’s second Iron Chef competition took over Tad’s Place at Heritage Heights on Thursday evening. Havenwood-Heritage Heights executive chef Jason Seavey defended his title after two tie-breakers, defeating executive chefs Dan St. Jean of The Common Man and Joe Gerber of The Birches. This year’s challenge theme was “Granite State Farm to Table” and required three main ingredients of venison, local honey, New Hampshire produce and a paired white wine.
