A Manchester woman reached speeds of 115 mph on Interstate 93 south in Bow on Saturday night before she was pulled over, state police said.
Kristen Aubin, 36, was charged with aggravated driving under the influence and was later found to have been three times over the legal limit for blood alcohol content, police said.
A Concord man who was the passenger in Aubin’s 2004 Nissan was also arrested after he displayed signs of being under the influence.
Logan Nadeau, 21, was arrested on misdemeanor charges, including disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and obstruction of government administration after he acted erratic and confrontational toward law enforcement, refusing to comply with the instructions police gave him, police said.
Nadeau was transported to the Merrimack County jail to be held for protective custody and was subsequently released on personal recognizance bail. He is scheduled to appear before the Concord’s district court on May 27.
Aubin was released on personal recognizance bail and is due to appear before Concord’s district court on April 29.
