Jeffrey Trombly joined Charter Trust Company as in investment officer in the Concord office. He earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Bates College in Lewiston and has more than 30 years of investment industry experience.
Susan LeDuc joined Bank of New Hampshire as a senior vice president and chief risk officer. She has about 30 years of experience in compliance and risk management. LeDuc earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of New Hampshire, and a certified regulatory compliance manager designation from the American Bankers Association’s Institute of Certified Bankers. She is a member of the New Hampshire Bankers Association and a member and former president of the Lakes Region Compliance Association.
Kirk Leoni, a principal CPA at Nathan Wechsler & Co., will be the new chairman of Canterbury Shaker Village’s board of trustees. Leoni joined the board in 2012 – most recently serving as treasurer – and officially took the reins as chairman April 16.
