A man formerly of Dunbarton was indicted in Merrimack County Superior Court for his alleged involvement in a January burglary on Holiday Shore Drive.

Justin Sherman, 29, faces one count of burglary and one count of theft by unauthorized taking. He faces up to 15 years in prison if convicted.

Police reported a collection of electronics valued at nearly $3,000 was taken from a home on Holiday Shore Drive on Jan. 25. Police say those items, which include a laptop and a gaming system, were later pawned at various locations across New Hampshire. Police say the items have been found and will be returned to the owners after a court’s authorization.

Sherman used to live in Dunbarton, but currently has no fixed address, according to police.
