James and Rissa Kazan of Bow announce the engagement of their daughter, Mollie Kazan, to Andrew Kutscher, son of James and Barbara Kutscher of Moorestown, N.J.
Kazan, of New York City, earned a degree from the University of Chicago. She is the director of development and external affairs at East Harlem Tutorial Program.
Kutscher, of New York City, earned degrees from Wesleyan University and Columbia Law School. He is an associate at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP.
A 2017 wedding is planned.
