Last Wednesday night, the House of Representatives was “locked up” in session until 10 p.m. They had begun at 10 a.m., though many had had meetings beforehand as well. The week before, there was no session.
How can this have been planned so badly? Decisions made late at night when there is barely a quorum are not likely to have been carefully considered. This is no way to run a state government.
