Cynthia Ouellette of Penacook announces the engagement of her daughter, Aimee Ouellette, to Jacob Knight, son of Carol Hoskins-Fort of Noblesville, Ind., and Timothy Knight or Carmi, Ill. Ouellette is also the daughter of the late Albert Ouellette.
Ouellette, of Penacook, earned a degree in elementary education at St. Joseph College in Standish, Maine. She is a teacher at Mount Royal Academy in Sunapee.
Knight, of Penacook, earned a degree in hotel management from the International Business College in Indianapolis, Ind. He is an inventory specialist at Grappone Corporation.
An Oct. 21, 2016, wedding is planned.
