Regarding Steeplegate Mall, it would help boost clientele if there were a drug store there, for one. A wine and cheese store would be nice; definitely a book store; an H&M clothing store; and possibly an Apple store.
As for the Circuit City building, Planet Fitness would certainly be a good fit for at least part of that space. Something like Pier One, or possibly even IKEA, would bring in customers from all over New Hampshire.
A grocery store like Whole Foods or Trader Joe’s would be a great thing to have in Concord. Finally, an IHOP or a Red Lobster would be a welcome addition. It would be nice to see the mall full of customers again.
